At Studio 72, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted. Please review our return guidelines below:
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items sent back after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Refund Options
When processing your return, you can choose between two methods of reimbursement:

Original Payment Method: A direct refund to your bank account or credit card.

Store Voucher: Receive credit to use on your next Studio 72 find.
Important Details

Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final reimbursement amount.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or voucher to be issued.
